2.0TFSI CDL BWJ BHZ K04-064 430bhp rated hybrid turbocharger

This is genuine KKK BorgWarner K04-064 turbocharger that has been upgraded with K16 high flow 9 blade turbine wheel and GTX style CNC cut performance billet compressor wheel. It has also been fitted with upated actuator and the stock boost damper has been replaced with straight 50mm OD pipe.
 
The turbo is rated for 1.85bar of boost max and should produce around 430bhp.
 
Please not that £400 core surecharge is included in the price and it will be refunded once we receive your old turbo back (we do not expect it to be in perfect working order but it must be rebuildable without any damage to the manifold/housings!)
 
The turbo will fit the following 2.0TFSI engines:
 
BHZ, BWJ, BYD, CDLA, CDLH, CDLG, CDLF
